Aluminum cam & groove adapter type E.
Camlock couplings comprises of two parts – adapter and coupler. Insert the adapter into coupler of the same size and put down the cam arms, then sealing is finished. Type E aluminum camlock adapters are often used with Type C, B, D & DC (Dust Cap) of identical size.
Owing to easy operation, aluminum cam lock fittings are extensively applied by agriculture, petroleum and industry fields. A person can finish the sealing without other's help and other tools. Normal hand pressure is enough to put down the cam arms to create safe sealing.
Type E adapters come into sizes from 1/2" through 8". 1/2" to 4" and 6" are interchangeable with other products except 5" and 8". They are often found in the delivery/suction of petroleum, water, chemicals and powders.
Note: Camlock fittings are not allowed for compressed air or steam applications.
